▍Creative Concept
Living in the countryside with a small vegetable farm, there are many tasks to do when tending to the garden. Weeding, trimming the tree branches, sorting the piled-up leaves and tree trunks — the ones that decompose easily are placed into compost, while others are dried and burned to become wood ash.···I often end up covered in dirt. This kind of labor is tiring, but when I step into the garden, magical moments happen. The sky presents beautiful views, my feet touch the soil, and in the movement, a meditative silence is created. The laboring body polishes the light within, and I try to capture those moments of harmony and joy with my brush. The tools and signals for survival in life always reside within us. We know where to look for the truth, and we know when to speak our own truth. Take it slow; everything you need has already been prepared for you.

▍Exhibitor’s Profile or Exhibitor’s Introduction
Jiang Xiong is an artist specializing in graphic design, sculpture, and painting. He believes that life and creation are processes of becoming oneself. At the beginning, it may not be so powerful, as one hasn’t fully understood oneself yet, and it takes time to enter the true essence of life. The daily nurturing grows what you desire, and you can feel the simplicity of abundance.
