Assistant Professor Chen GoYen of the Department of Commercial Design at Ming Chuan University recently won the Bronze Award (3rd Prize) for his work “Dry Out” in the THE POSTER BUSAN 2025 competition, held during THE BUSAN ILLUSTRATION FAIR V.6.
Professor Chen’s poster delivers a powerful call to action on the climate crisis, demonstrating the social impact of design. The work was exhibited at the Busan BEXCO Illustration Fair from November 21–23, 2025.
This international recognition highlights the department’s ability to provide global-level design education. Choosing Ming Chuan’s Commercial Design program means gaining guidance to use design to address global issues, participate in international dialogues, and become the next generation of designers shining on the world stage.
